Strategy and Execution: We began by developing a visual identity and brand guidelines to differentiate Superseeds in a crowded market. Next, we conducted market research to identify the target audience and generate effective communication strategies. We used this research to develop regional communications for WhatsApp marketing, social media, and PPC campaigns on meta and farmer-centric platforms like Krishify.

We also set up marketing automation and managed the CRM to retarget audiences with personalised messaging, driving customer engagement and sales growth.
